What PRIMS is
PRIMS is a work system for the staff of development programs. It is not open to the public. You can use it only if a program administrator has given you an account or approved your sign-in.
Personal data PRIMS holds
- Your account: name, email address, job title, and the roles you have been given.
- Your sign-in: if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, PRIMS receives your name, email address and, if the provider sends it, the address of your profile picture. PRIMS never receives your Google or Microsoft password.
- Your work: the records you create or change, such as tasks, progress notes, attachments and approvals, with your name and the time.
- Your settings: display choices such as light or dark mode.
This website has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The application keeps your sign-in session and screen preferences in your browser's storage so that you stay signed in.
How it is used
- To sign you in and decide what you are allowed to see and change.
- To show colleagues in the same program who is responsible for a piece of work and who recorded it. They see your name and job title.
- To keep a record of changes, which the programs need for accountability.
Information from Google or Microsoft is used only to identify you and sign you in. PRIMS does not read your mail, files, calendar or contacts. PRIMS does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Program data belongs to the program that entered it, and each program's data is kept apart from the others. Your email address and account status are visible to administrators of your program. Program work records are visible to the people in that program whose role allows it.
PRIMS runs on services provided by Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage) and Cloudflare (website and application delivery). They process data on PRIMS's behalf to provide those services.
How long it is kept
Your account is kept while you work with a program that uses PRIMS. Work records are kept as part of the program's record, including after an account is closed, because they document what the program did.
Your choices
You can ask your program administrator to correct your name or job title, or to close your account. For any other question about your personal data, write to [email protected].
